Apple has released the fifth version of iOS 5 beta 5 for developers. In iOS 5 beta 5 previous bug have been fixed and have better improvement on stability. Just like previous version of iOS beta 4, you can also download it. For OTA you need iOS 5 beta 3 or above. In addition to iOS 5 beta 5, Apple also released is iTunes 10.5 Beta 5, Xcode 4.2 Developer Preview 5 and Apple TV Software beta 4.
How to Setup iOS 5 beta on OTA?
Setup is not so hard let’s start. First off all you need to create backup using iTunes 10.5 beta 4 or through iCloud which you may need for future so that we can restore it back. Now it’s time to setup OTA, first thing you need to do is erase your all contents and settings of iDevice. To erase all content of iDevice go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, that’s all: P.
This version of iOS is intended only for installation on development devices registered with Apple’s Developer Program. Attempting to install this version of iOS in an unauthorized manner could put your device in an unusable state, which could necessitate an out of warranty repair. Apple Inc
